I was able to call Dell and order item number WM80W, which is a Serial/PS/2 adapter for the 3020 and 9020 Micro line. It fits perfectly but it a) does not come with mounting screws, which is a bit of a shame and b) does not come with whatever proprietary cable turns it into a fully-fledged DB9 compatible port.
